This place is a local treat. The coffee was amazing, they roast their own coffee beans. The food came out super fast and let me tell you it was beyond delicious. We got the waffles, breakfast burrito and the breakfast stack and it was spectacular!! We will definitely be back.

Discovered this place randomly and oh my gosh I can't believe I didn't know about it sooner. the food is incredible!!! like insanely good. it's also cute and Jason the owner is the nicest person ever. will be back lots!!!

The food was absolutely amazing, all the ingredients were super fresh and tasted heavenly. Also has great coffee and very friendly, efficient staff. Definitely recommend!

This place was such a treat! A hidden oasis in the desert, great food, great atmosphere, dog friendly and has gluten free options! Highly recommend this spot if you're passing thru or staying a while.

Literally the best food I've had in a long time! The customer service couldn't be better! 10/10. There is also a really cool sitting area in the back with a view of the mountains. Do yourself a favor and come eat here. The owner is awesome!! I will definitely be back!!

The good 👍 - Pour over coffee ☕ - Close to starlight inn and oasis hotel - Nice environment - Friendly staff - Great breakfast The bad 👎 - No indoor seating (although the patio is covered) Outpost just opened and was perfect breakfast during my stay near Joshua Tree since the hotel didn't have one. Walking distance from oasis inn, and someone had a dog I got to pet. 5/5

Visited for the first time and ordered a breakfast burrito to go. Great customer service - super friendly staff and quick service. Definitely want to go back and enjoy the outdoor seating area. The burrito (with a side of salsa) was delicious!

Wow... What a pleasant surprise! I saw a few posts on social media that Outpost 29 had opened. Stopped by and chatted with the owner for a bit while I was waiting for my order. This place is a must for both locals and tourists. I had an amazing breakfast sandwich that was gigantic and delicious with a pour over coffee that hit the spot. I can't wait to see what they do when the bar opens and the music venue is finished. I will definitely will be back with friends.

Great coffee (pour over only) excellent breakfast vibe, super Burning Man exterior dining under shade structure and authentic desert wind conditions. Also there is free coffee replacement if your coffee cup blows over in the authentic Burning Man wind. Honestly the only authentic Burning Man element missing is there were no random white outs from lake bed dust, and there IS adequate cell phone coverage. They also sell amazing certified organic coffee beans.
